If you are paying with insurance, which type of insurance do you have?

If your insurance is not listed below, we do not accept it, but you can pay the full session fee up front, and we will provide you with a Superbill (Insurance invoice that includes a diagnosis) for potential reimbursement. Please verify out-of-network coverage directly with your insurance company.

Anthem/BCBS Sentara TRICARE (we are Non-Network Certified TRICARE Providers - you pay for sessions up front, we submit claims for you, and TRICARE sends you a reimbursement check) Other Insurance not listed - I will pay out of pocket up front and send a Superbill to my insurance for out-of-network coverage N/A - paying out-of-pocket

Please verify this directly with your insurance. We do not have staff to provide insurance verification for you. If you have not met your deductible yet, you will be responsible for paying the full amount allowed by your insurance (typically between $150-$230)
